The Mahaffey Theater - April 2012
Turnstyles Ticketing is excited to be working with our newest client, The Mahaffey Theater, located in St. Petersburg, FL. Recently renovated, the “New Mahaffey” will host a variety of acts, including theatrical productions, dance, nostalgic headliners, productions for “tweens” and teenagers, and major exhibits in the 2,031-seat theater.

Power Wins AFL Commissioner's Award
PITTSBURGH POWER RECEIVE COMMISSIONER’S AWARD
Pittsburgh, PA – The Pittsburgh Power have played one season in the Arena Football League, and they’re already considered a model franchise for their performance both on and off the field.
The Power have earned the 2011 Commissioner’s Award, which is based on a combination of criteria: including: attendance & ticket sales, corporate sales, community involvement, marketing & advertising, and timely responses to League questionnaires, surveys & reports.
In presenting the award at the 2011 Arena Football League awards ceremony August 11 in Phoenix, commissioner Jerry B. Kurtz commended the Power’s ownership and management teams, saying, “The Shaner family, Lynn Swann, and Pittsburgh’s front office hit the ground running. Their marketing strategy, community involvement and commitment to the game of Arena Football went far from unnoticed.”
Lynn Swann accepted the award for the Power organization.
The Commissioner’s Award was last presented in 2007 to the Philadelphia Soul and Chicago Rush.
The Pittsburgh Power
In 2010, Turnstyles Ticketing was selected by the Pittsburgh Power of the Arena Football League to oversee all aspects of their ticketing for their inaugural season. Turnstyles Ticketing was responsible for all facets of the Power’s ticket sales, such as season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, outbound telemarketing, and assisting with marketing concepts which included a data capture program. Turnstyles Ticketing provided on-site box office support for the first home game assisting with will-call and customer service. We are pleased to hear that the levels of service Turnstyles Ticketing provided helped lead the Pittsburgh Power to win the AFL Commissioners Award.
The Smith Center - August 2011
Turnstyles Ticketing is pleased to announce that The Smith Center in Las Vegas has selected Turnstyles to manage inbound overflow calls for single event ticketing and season ticketing.
Turnstyles Ticketing will provide non-branded real-time sales using The Smith Centers Paciolan WBST ticketing system. Turnstyles will also be handling the outbound Broadway season sales in September. The Smith Center, will be a new world-class performing arts center, coming to Las Vegas in 2012.
