outbound sales projects.
- Current standard inbound call center hours are 9am to 9pm, EST
Monday through Friday and 9am to 8pm, EST, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Will amend hours to accommodate special client needs.
- Utilization of on-line operator event guide to ensure accuracy and quick
delivery of information to patrons.
