Inbound Customer Service Representative
Full Time/Part Time
Responsibilities: The position is responsible for handling inbound phone calls from customers seeking to purchase tickets to various sports and entertainment events. Hours may vary and weekend availability is a must as we are in a customer service business. We also have immediate openings for individuals to work on aggressive outbound sales campaigns.
Requirements: Clear speaking voice. Excellent command of the English language. Basic computer skills including knowledge of windows based software, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You must also be a team player.
Education and Training: High school degree required and college degree preferred. Related customer service experience is a plus.
Outbound Telephone Sales Representative
