Turnstyles Ticketing's management team is comprised of ticketing professionals who average 20 years of direct industry experience. Our expertise extends from events, teams and venues, to League Office support. We have a proven track record of success in supporting professional, collegiate, and minor league sports teams. We are experts in the field of supporting sales and services for clients in the Performing Arts world. Everyone at Turnstyles is accountable for providing the highest quality standards of customer service to our clients and their patrons.

Principals

Chris Hutson, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer
A marketing and sales executive with more than 23 years in the sports industry, Chris Hutson has experience at the event, league, team and venue levels working on ticket packaging/sales and corporate sponsorships. He is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Turnstyles Ticketing, responsible for directing all sales and marketing initiatives.


Michael Jennings, Chief Administrative Officer
A veteran of more than 18 years in the sports and entertainment industries, Mike Jennings is highly regarded as an expert in the field of ticket operations and services. His big picture vision was to create the ultimate experience for Turnstyles Ticketing’s clients and their patrons in every aspect of out-sourced ticketing disciplines. Mike built Turnstyles from the ground up taking the lead in the design and construction of the executive offices and the selection of all technology that supports the company on a day-to-day basis. Mike is co-founder and Co-CEO of Turnstyles Ticketing with direct responsibilities in the areas of Operations, Services and Administration.

Executive Management

Jeannie Sgro, Vice President of Operations
Jeannie was Turnstyles Ticketing’s first employee. In building an organization based on technology and customer service, hers is perhaps the most critical role. Jeannie has provided Turnstyles with a solid technology foundation given her vast experiences with ticketing systems and telecommunications integration and the role they play in customer care. Jeannie brought with her a wealth of ticketing knowledge having installed the Paciolan system while with the Cleveland Browns in 1999 and has since become recognized as one of the leading experts on the application of Paciolan software in the country.


Glenn Taglieri, Vice President Call Center Services
A ticketing veteran of more than 18 years with a background specializing in performing arts including Broadway theatres, Performing Arts Centers, sports and concerts. Glenn Taglieri has worked in all facets of ticketing from Technical Services to Box Office operations.


Amy (Pyle) Matlins, Director of Project Management
An industry veteran of more than 12 years, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of customer service, project management, sports and event marketing and ticket operations to Turnstyles core management staff. Amy was most recently with the St. Louis Rams coordinating all premium seating sales and servicing. She has experience with the Chiefs and Royals in Kansas City and has worked with a sports marketing company on events such as NASCAR, Football and Festivals. Amy adds support in the areas of internal Operations and Services.


Gordon Armstrong, Director, Sales & Business Development
Promoted October 2007. A four year ticketing outbound sales manager with experience in collegiate and professional athletics.
